Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for maintaining consistent contact with Adonis Designs and must promptly update any changes that may affect the website. This includes, but is not limited to, additional parties accessing the website internally or externally related to business partners.
Payment Terms
- Pre-payment: All services provided by Adonis Designs require full payment before commencement.
- Invoicing: Clients will receive an invoice detailing the services and total costs prior to the start of any project. Payment is due upon receipt.
- Late Payments: Invoices unpaid 30 days after the due date will incur a late fee of X%. Services may be paused or terminated for accounts in arrears.
- Refunds: Completed services are non-refundable. Should services be canceled or terminated, any work in progress will be billed proportionally, and any balance will be returned to the client.
- Methods: Payments may be made via credit card, bank transfer, or other approved methods.
Limitations of Liability
Adonis Designs shall not be liable for any loss of data, information, or revenue as a result of using our services. By accepting our services, clients agree to these conditions.
Dispute Resolution
Adonis Designs is committed to resolving disputes amicably. The process includes initial contact, mediation, binding arbitration, and, if necessary, legal recourse within the jurisdiction agreed upon in the initial contract. We emphasize transparent communication and proactive dispute resolution.
Intellectual Property Rights
All designed and developed assets by Adonis Designs remain the copyright of Adonis Designs until full payment for the project has been received. Upon full payment, copyright ownership of the designed website, branding materials, and any digital products will transfer to the client.
Termination
Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice if the other party breaches these terms and fails to correct the breach within a specified timeframe. Upon termination, all remaining balances for work completed by Adonis Designs will become due.
Amendments
Adonis Designs reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of our services following any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms and conditions.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the law of the jurisdiction in which Adonis Designs operates. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with the dispute resolution process outlined above.
By engaging with Adonis Designs, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
